诈骗、囚禁致307人受害3人死亡 台湾检方起诉29人******

　　中新网12月27日电 据台湾“中央社”报道，台湾检警11月间宣布侦破求职诈骗虐囚案，于淡水、中坜等地救出被害人，并查出3人身亡遭弃尸。士林地检署今天(27日)起诉主嫌陈某、傅某等29名被告，并对陈某、傅某求处无期徒刑。

　　士林地检署发布新闻稿表示，警方认定傅姓女子等人涉犯私行拘禁致死等罪嫌，依法向法院提起公诉。

　　检方指出，本案起诉29名被告，其中27名被告羁押中，被害人共计307人，包含因求职被骗遭拘禁者61人、误信投资等诈骗手法而汇款者246人，诈骗金额高达新台币3亿9667万余元。

　　检方表示，被告等人以精细分工与境外诈骗团伙成员联手，共同对广大不特定民众实施诈欺犯罪，另以各种名目吸引民众提供账户，再以蒙眼、嘴塞毛巾、上手铐、脚以束带捆绑方式强取财物。

　　检方指出，被告等人将民众囚禁在狭小空间，稍有不从即以暴力对待，并不时在食物中掺入毒品，借以囚禁、凌虐被害人，期间更造成3名被害人死亡，而被告等人为掩饰拘禁致死犯行，又任意遗弃被害人尸体。

　　检察官考量被告迄今均未赔偿被害人所受损害，对傅姓、陈姓主嫌向法院具体求处无期徒刑，其余被告求处20年至30年不等有期徒刑或从重量刑。

　　新闻稿同时呼吁民众，在面对高薪或不合理的征才广告时，务必提高警觉，审慎评估，以免受骗上当。

　　The election once reached a stalemate due to intense partisan strife, inner-party struggle among the Republicans, uneven distribution of interests, and more.
